Make It With Pride.This role ensures the sustained continuity of technical mastery and line leadership in manufacturing by leading a key line to deliver business results. As a Line Manager, you will achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets, develop budgets, control costs, and lead workforce planning and development.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direction to the team to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale goals and ensure instruction on safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and GMP compliance.Investigate and report accidents, maintain safety plans and training, and enforce dress‑code and personal protective equipment requirements.Administer quality policies related to food safety, HACCP, traceability, and production holds; conduct quality conversations and performance evaluations.Drive cost reductions by monitoring labor, raw materials, and packaging usage and by partnering with maintenance to improve uptime.Lead change‑over, sanitation, and continuous improvement activities (Kaizens, RCA, IL&Y6S work processes); establish and monitor performance KPIs.Manage workforce, including recruitment, training, succession planning, overtime tracking, and performance and disciplinary management.Maintain and update process sustainability tools, document accuracy,



and standard operating procedures for start‑up, shutdown, cleaning, and lubrication.Co‑operate with cross‑functional teams (production, continuous improvement, maintenance, quality, finance) to implement process and product sustainability initiatives.Qualifications4‑year BS/BA in engineering preferred; high school diploma required.2–5 years of operational and 2–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.2–5 years of continuous improvement experience; Lean Six Sigma knowledge desired.Technical experience in food processing and packaging preferred.Solid communication, interpersonal, conflict‑management, and coaching skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Willingness to work any shift, weekends, and overtime.Salary and BenefitsThe base salary range is $76,800 to $96,000 CAD, plus a competitive bonus program.
