Safe Growth is hiring energetic, results-driven closers for a fast-growing brand in the sports, training and performance space. Leads come to you already interested: no cold calling, no prospecting. You take pre-qualified sales calls booked by our team, understand what the person wants, and close.

This is not a coaching or training role. It is a pure sales role. We want people who love to perform and get paid based on their results.

What you will do

- Take pre-qualified sales calls booked by our setters and close high-ticket offers.
- Understand each prospect's goal and present the right solution with confidence.
- Handle objections around price and doubt calmly, without heavy pressure.
- Follow up with warm prospects who did not buy on the first call to win the sale.
- Keep your pipeline and client notes up to date in our CRM.

Who we are looking for
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience, ideally phone-based or high-ticket closing.
- Strong at objection handling and closing.
- Advanced English. French is a strong asset.
- Available full time, up to 6 days a week.
- Results-driven, disciplined, motivated by performance and income.
- Comfortable representing a sports brand and living an active lifestyle yourself.
- Comfortable with a CRM, an online calendar and a sales tracking tool.
- Ready to start within two weeks.
- Self-employed status: you invoice your commissions.
