About The Role

Support a remote workforce across Canada by delivering consistent HR operations, employee support, and compliance-ready documentation. You will partner with managers and cross-functional teams to execute lifecycle processes, maintain HRIS data integrity, coordinate perks and payroll inputs, and support employee relations in a distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle documentation across provinces
- Maintain HRIS records, reporting, and data quality (audits, changes, access controls)
- Support benefits administration, leave management, and enrollment changes
- Coordinate payroll inputs and resolve employee pay/benefits inquiries with vendors
- Handle employee relations intake, investigations support, and issue documentation
- Support performance management cycles, calibration logistics, and manager enablement
- Draft, update, and socialize HR policies (remote work, conduct, time off, compliance)
- Ensure compliance with Canadian employment standards and privacy expectations
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on requisition intake,



screening coordination, and hiring workflows
- Track HR metrics (turnover, time-to-fill, onboarding completion, case volumes) and recommend improvements

Qualifications

- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience supporting remote or multi-site teams
- Working knowledge of Canadian employment standards and common provincial variations
- Experience using HRIS tools (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP, Rippling) with high data accuracy
- Strong documentation skills for policies, SOPs, and employee relations case notes
- Comfort coordinating across time zones and managing confidential information

Nice to have

- CHRP/CHRL (or in progress)
- Experience supporting cross-border teams (Canada/US) and vendor coordination
- Exposure to compensation benchmarking and job leveling support
