Operations Management

Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and bookings Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients Provide expert advice on suitable plant and equipment for customer needs Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly Logistics & Coordination





Plan and coordinate deliveries and collections with drivers Liaise with Service Manager to ensure equipment is hire-ready Work with service manager to ensure efficient turnaround of returned equipment Compliance & Safety

Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations Maintain accurate records of equipment inspections and certifications Help maintain and promote a strong safety culture Financial & Administrative Duties

Monitor hire rates, invoicing, and profitability Assist in budgeting and cost control Ensure all documentation and systems are up to date. Key Skills And Qualifications

Proven experience in plant hire, tool hire, or construction equipment industry Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Leadership or supervisory experience Good knowledge of plant machinery and hire processes IT proficiency (hire software systems, Microsoft Office) Understanding of health and safety regulations Personal Attributes
