About Turtle Sales

Turtle Sales is a growing Canadian SaaS company. We build a field sales CRM used by door-to-door and outside sales teams across solar, home services, pest control, and telecom. We already have paying customers and are actively growing, and we're expanding our outbound sales team to keep up with demand.

We're looking for driven sales reps who want to build real income through commission-based sales work, with the freedom to set their own schedule and grow with a company on the rise. This is also a great opportunity to gain meaningful hands-on sales experience selling a real SaaS product to real business owners.

The Opportunity

- 100% commission-based, $70 per closed sale, paid bi-weekly

What You'll Do

- Call qualified leads from our CRM (auto-dialer built in)
- Introduce Turtle Sales in clear, simple terms
- Book demos with interested business owners and managers
- Follow up with warm leads
- Work closely with our team to help move deals toward close
- Log outcomes in the CRM after each call





What We're Looking For

- Comfortable and engaging on the phone
- Reliable follow-through
- Fluent English required, French an asset
- Someone who wants the flexibility to work their own hours
- Sales experience helpful but not required, this is a great role for building real experience
- Reliable computer, quality headset, and stable internet

About the Role This is an independent contractor position, not employment. You set your own schedule and are free to work with other companies as well. Payment is commission-based only, with no base pay or benefits. You're responsible for your own taxes as an independent contractor.
