Join the friendly RentABike team dedicated to providing high quality rentals and tours from Ottawa's largest and oldest bicycle company located on the Rideau Canal. We are looking for an active, detail oriented, punctual and friendly individual to work three days per week (weekend availability is required) in September and October. Completion of high school is required. Strong assets include familiarity with Ottawa's tourism sites and pathways and an interest in cycling, mechanics or sports.

Duties include

- Greeting customers and learning about their bicycle needs
- Answering emails and phone calls
- Preparing rental contracts and taking reservations
- Preparing bicycles for customers with fittings and accessories
- Providing directions to customers
- Stocking supplies and products to maintain access to required items
- Communicating with management and co-workers to share information as needed




- Assisting with basic maintenance of bicycles
