Role Description

We are looking for a motivated, energetic and sales-driven Rental Agent who wants to earn based on results.

This is a 100% commission-based position with no base salary. It is best suited for someone who is ambitious, comfortable working independently and motivated by the opportunity to earn high commissions.

Responsibilities include

- Responding quickly to rental leads and inquiries
- Scheduling and conducting property visits
- Following up consistently with prospective tenants
- Presenting available units and recommending alternatives
- Converting leads and visits into signed leases
- Guiding applicants through the rental application process
- Coordinating with the M Rentals administrative team
- Maintaining accurate information on available listings




- Developing relationships with prospective tenants and property owners
- Working evenings and weekends when required to accommodate visits

Qualifications

- Must have a valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
- Strong sales and closing abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Highly motivated by commissions and performance
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Ability to travel throughout Montréal and surrounding areas
- Availability for evenings and weekends as required
- English and French strongly preferred
- Real estate, leasing, sales or customer-service experience is an asset
- Knowledge of the Montréal rental market is an advantage

Compensation & Opportunity This is a high-commission, no-base-salary position designed for agents who want their income to reflect their performance.

M Rentals provides access to a large inventory of rental properties, incoming rental opportunities, administrative support and an established brand. The agent’s responsibility is to respond, show, follow up and close.
