Rep Basketball Coach – Lead, Teach, Inspire (Seasonal | Sept - May

- Practices will be held in Richmond Hill for Fall/ Winter Season.

- Part-Time | Evenings + Weekend - Certified Level 1 - 2 not required but need to be committed to attaining.

Crunch Time Basketball is looking for experienced, motivated, and reliable coaches to join our rep program for the 2026-2027 season. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a respected organization that’s serious about skill development, game IQ, and competitive success.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead 2- 2 hour practices per week, focusing on skills development, team concepts, and game preparation
- Coach weekend scrimmages and tournaments across Ontario (including OBA, OBL, and Ontario Cup events)

- Create structured practice plans that emphasize correct technique, spacing, and basketball IQ
- Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, players, and program staff
- Be the leader and role model your team needs throughout the entire season

What You Bring:
- Minimum 1 year of Rep Basketball, High School, AAU Coaching Experience or relative (mandatory) Playing and/or Coaching
- Mature,



reliable, and professional attitude — someone who shows up, follows through, and leads with integrity

- Robust knowledge of player development and team systems
- Ability to commit to the full rep season
- Has completed or is working towards (or willing to complete) NCCP Level 1 & Level 2 Certification before OBA deadlines
