50-50 rotation (21 consecutive workdays, followed by 14 days off, and 14 consecutive workdays, followed by 21 days off)

11 working hours per day.

Quebec City, Rouyn-Noranda, Mont-Joli and Inuit communities, depending on where you live.

HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD

Reporting to the General Foreman - Concentrator, you will have the opportunity to work in a safe, unique, and motivating environment. Your primary duties will be:

Supervise the team of Concentrator operators.

Plan daily operations.

Ensure that budgets are respected.

Ensure that health and safety, production and environmental objectives are met.

Participate in the prioritization of maintenance work and follow up on it.

PROFILE REQUIRED

Have a college diploma in mineral technology or a relevant discipline.

Related training with sufficient experience could be considered.

Operational and supervisory experience.

Ability to work with Microsoft Office.

Valid driver’s license.

Working knowledge of both French and English
