Overview The Department of Oceanography at Dalhousie University (www.dal.ca/faculty/science/oceanography.html) is seeking applicants for a Tier 2 Canada Research Chair in Geophysical Fluid Dynamics (GFD) with application to physical oceanography. The successful candidate must have a Ph.D. in physical oceanography or related field, and have demonstrated research excellence in GFD. Current opportunities - Listening sessions for the strategic planning process are scheduled for March and May 2025.
