So Clean So Fresh Cleaning Co. is a growing premium residential cleaning company looking for a reliable and detail oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team.

We provide high quality residential cleaning services and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to providing excellent service to our clients.

The Role

As a Residential Cleaner, you will:

- Perform professional residential cleaning services
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and detail homes
- Complete both routine maintenance cleans and deep cleans
- Work independently in client homes as well as part of a team
- Follow company cleaning standards and checklists
- Maintain a professional and respectful presence in clients homes
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality

Schedule & Pay
- Part-time to start, with opportunity for additional hours as our client base grows
- Monday - Friday availability, with option for weekends.
- Consistent daytime hours
- $18–$22/hour, depending on experience + Mileage Reimbursement
- Opportunities for wage increases based on performance, reliability, and experience




- Paid training provided

Requirements
- Must have valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with physical work
- Able to work efficiently while maintaining quality
- Professional and respectful
- Comfortable working in private homes
- Previous residential cleaning experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person
