Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction practices, and schematics to ensure efficient and safe installations.

The HVAC Installer will work closely with clients and team members to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications, blueprints, and schematics in New Homes
- Assist with ductwork installation and system setup
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units as needed
- Collaborate with plumbing, electrical, and construction teams during installation projects
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used

Skills

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
- Mechanical aptitude with experience in appliance repair and general maintenance




- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Construction experience including working with various tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a quick-paced environment
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces

Requirements

- Previous HVAC installation experience (preferred, not mandatory for helpers)
- Basic knowledge of HVAC tools and materials
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
