Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of dining areas, kitchens, restrooms, and service stations to uphold high sanitation standards
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors regularly to maintain a pristine appearance
- Sanitize tables, chairs, countertops, and kitchen equipment after each use or shift
- Dispose of trash and recycling materials efficiently, ensuring proper waste management procedures are followed
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all cleaning tools are maintained in excellent condition




- Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify areas needing additional attention or maintenance
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to address any cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly

Experience

- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety protocols in a restaurant setting is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure all areas are consistently spotless
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout shifts
