Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of menu items and specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, utensils, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; we welcome eager learners!
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously without compromising service quality.
- Solid understanding of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering, billing, and upselling purposes.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes every guest feel valued.
- Experience with food industry operations including serving, food preparation support, and guest interactions is advantageous.
