Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to lead our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Duties

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards
- Lead, motivate, and manage team members, including interviewing and onboarding current staff
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee quality and consistency
- Manage cash handling procedures and POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to ensure accuracy




- Enforce food safety regulations, proper food handling, and sanitation practices across the restaurant
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on food orders, serving schedules, and inventory management
- Monitor restaurant performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment
