Overview

We are seeking friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, efficient food handling, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced setting.

Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure all team members excel in their roles.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive guest services to ensure a positive dining experience
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS and process transactions with cash handling skills
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to safety and sanitation standards, including food handling and basic food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen stations, dining areas, and service counters
- Assist with food presentation, upselling menu items, and recommending specials to enhance guest satisfaction
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and efficient table turnover




- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times
- Support team members in various restaurant operations as needed, including cashiering and serving duties

Skills

- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate order entry and cashiering
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and upselling opportunities
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests
- Basic kitchen experience or hospitality background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes
- Upselling skills to promote menu items and increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction
