What You’ll Do

- Deliver outstanding customer service: friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable, and attentive
- Create a welcoming atmosphere in a fast‑paced environment
- Acknowledge every customer and build solid relationships through product knowledge
- Assist with sales, service, carry‑outs, returns, and customer requests
- Participate in promotions and advertising campaigns
- Keep shelves, stock rooms, and displays clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Follow nightly closeout procedures (cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.)
- Ensure products are priced, faced, and merchandised properly
- Check deliveries against invoices for accuracy
- Support inventory management with your Team Captain
- Work independently or as part of a team




- Be comfortable on your feet and able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Available afternoons, evenings, and weekends

- Experience in pet retail is an asset
