Duties

- Utilize POS systems for processing transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products that complement customer purchases.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote sales effectively.




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Exhibit strong communication skills through effective phone etiquette when interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals while maintaining a positive work environment.

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is a plus.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and cash handling.
