Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide expert assistance and product knowledge
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques to maximize sales potential
- Assist customers with inquiries about ecommerce options and facilitate online order pickups or returns
- Support inventory management by organizing stock, conducting stock counts, and replenishing shelves regularly
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly




- Contribute to coordinating in-store marketing initiatives such as events and local business association contributions
- Contribute to social media content creation and marketing efforts in the shop

Requirements

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service preferred; enthusiasm for sustainable fashion is a bonus
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures
- Ability to organize tasks efficiently and manage multiple responsibilities in a friendly environment
- Basic understanding of Shopify and online order processing is beneficial
- Ability to create simple videos for social media
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate transactions and inventory management
