Talaria Footwear & Laurel by Talaria are looking for a friendly, fashion-minded and detail-oriented person to join our Cranbrook team!

This is a part-time position working between both Talaria and Laurel, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys fashion and footwear, loves helping people, and can create a warm, personalized shopping experience.

What we’re looking for:

- A genuine interest in fashion, footwear and personal style
- Friendly, confident and thoughtful customer service
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized
- Someone reliable, motivated and comfortable taking initiative
- A positive team player who enjoys a boutique retail environment
- Weekend availability is required

Retail experience is an asset, but finding the right personality and fit for our team is just as important.

A little about us Talaria Footwear has been locally owned and operated since 2015, beginning with our flagship store in downtown Kimberley. In 2023, we expanded to downtown Cranbrook, bringing our collection of thoughtfully selected footwear and accessories to the Baker Street community.

Last year, we grew again with the opening of Laurel by Talaria, our women’s clothing boutique located alongside our Cranbrook Talaria store. Together, Talaria and Laurel offer a curated mix of footwear, clothing and accessories, with a focus on quality, personal style and genuinely great customer service.

As part of our Cranbrook team, you’ll work between both Talaria and Laurel, getting to know our products, brands and customers across both stores.
