- Prevent incidents and ensure customer safety
- Utilize CCTV software and two-way radio for communication




- Prepare professional daily and incident reports
- Manage crowds and resolve conflicts effectively
- Conduct arrests where authorized and necessary Requirements:
- 1 year of retail security experience
- Valid Ontario Security License and First Aid certification
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Ability to stand and patrol for 12 hours
