We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their shopping needs.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding products and services.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English;
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
