Key Responsibilities: • Coach Brow & Beauty Experts on sales techniques • Perform brow and facial waxing, tinting, and lamination • Achieve personal sales and service objectives • Ensure compliance with Health Canada and service standards • Maintain a sanitary and organized Brow Bar environment

Requirements: • Current Aesthetician certification is required • 1-2 years of experience in aesthetician roles • Available to work evenings and weekends • Comfortable public speaking and sales • Ability to adapt to client needs
