This position is under the supervision of the Line Leader or Production Supervisor. The Baker Mixer will be responsible for staging ingredients, adhering to food safety practices, and operating equipment safely. Utilize your manufacturing experience as you create products for renowned brands like two-bite® and Kimberley's Bakeshoppe™.
Key Responsibilities:
• Obtain and review all documentation for making batches
• Stage and prepare ingredients for blends and mixes
• Ensure secure operation of mixing equipment
• Monitor product quality against safety specifications
• Follow recipes to create product batches
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Commitment to Food Safety and GMPs
