We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our retail team to success! Duties

- Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff to build a motivated and high-performing team.
- Manage store budgets, monitor sales performance, and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Oversee purchasing, pricing strategies, and product placement to optimize store profitability.
- Handle payroll processing, cash handling procedures, and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions and oversee cashiering activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones through promotional activities.

Requirements





- Proven supervising or managerial experience in retail or related fields.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in retail sales, merchandising, pricing, and sales management.
- Proficiency with POS systems, bookkeeping software, and basic math skills for cash handling and budgeting.
- Experience in recruiting, training & development, and conducting interviews.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy workplace.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, customer service excellence, and phone etiquette.
- Administrative experience including payroll processing, record keeping, and inventory control.
