Position Summary: Own the enablement program for the revenue team (sales, CS, and BDR). This role turns how the revenue team operates into repeatable, measurable practices. You will partner across Sales, CS, BDR, and RevOps to make sure the team is fluent in the tools and processes we depend on today, and continuously improving the ones that slow them down. Current-hire enablement is a core part of the scope: getting every new revenue hire productive faster.

What You'll Own

- Enablement on current processes and tools
- Build and deliver training programs on our core tools: Salesforce, Gong, CPQ, and other systems in the daily workflow.
- Design and maintain process documentation for the sales, CS, and BDR motions.
- Run regular training refreshers, office hours, and Q&A; sessions on tools, processes, and best practices.
- Partner with Sales, CS, and BDR leadership on ongoing skills development, playbook adoption, and methodology consistency.
- Own administration, content curation, and optimization of the LMS so the revenue team has seamless, on-demand access to high-impact training materials.
- Process improvement for a more efficient org
- Identify friction and inefficiencies in day-to-day revenue workflows through direct observation and feedback loops with the field.

- Partner with RevOps and the systems team to translate process improvements into systems changes, and translate systems changes into training and adoption.
- Measure the impact of enablement work: proficiency, time-to-productivity, and adoption of new processes.
- Own the enablement content library: keep it current, discoverable, and actually used.
- Playbooks, methodology, and ongoing skills
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks: value messaging, discovery frameworks, objection handling, and competitive positioning.
- Partner with revenue leadership to establish and refine the sales methodologies that best fit our team's motion.
- Run evergreen skills programs across the revenue team: prospecting, discovery, negotiation, closing, and other core selling and CS skills.
- Design and deliver product enablement refreshers so the team stays current on our offering and how to position it.
- New-hire enablement
- Design and run the onboarding program for new revenue hires across sales, CS, and BDR.
- Build role-specific curricula, certification checkpoints, and clear graduation criteria.
- Track ramp time and drive it down as programs mature.
- Partner with hiring managers on ramp expectations and manager-led enablement handoffs.

What We're Looking For

- 4 to 6 years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or a related training/enablement role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Track record of running structured onboarding programs and measuring ramp outcomes.
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills; can build effective training from a blank page.
- Salesforce and Gong fluency at a user-training level; ability to become the deepest internal expert on how a rep should actually use these tools day-to-day.
- Comfortable with CPQ processes, or willing to become expert quickly.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, CS, BDR, RevOps, and Product.

- Strong written and verbal communication; can turn a complex process into a clean playbook or short training video.
- Data-informed: measures enablement work against business outcomes, not just training-completion counts.
- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate content creation, documentation, and program design.
- Nice to Have
- Familiarity with common sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Sandler, Command of the Message, or similar).
- Experience with an LMS or enablement content platform (Highspot, Seismic, Mindtickle, LearnUpon, or similar).
- Prior experience partnering with a RevOps or systems team on process changes.
- Experience enabling both new-business motions and CS/renewal motions.
