What You’ll Do

- Provide hands-on support, training, and guidance to pharmacy teams during the Kroll system implementation.
- Assist stores in preparing for system go-lives, validating operational and technical readiness.
- Support staff in adopting current workflows, optimizing system use, and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with pharmacy support, IT, operations, and corporate stakeholders for a seamless rollout.
- Document deployment activities, report issues, and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
- Ensure each pharmacy is fully operational and confident on the recent system by launch day.

Required Skills

- Proven experience working in retail pharmacy environments, preferably with Pharmaprix or Shoppers Drug Mart.




- Familiarity with pharmacy management systems, especially Kroll and AssystRx.
- Strong training abilities and support skills to facilitate system adoption.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

- Prior experience with pharmacy system implementation projects.
- Knowledge of pharmacy workflows and operational processes.
