:

We are seeking a room runner for a busy Dermatology office.

Duties

- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience

-Ensure exam rooms are ready for next patient and bring patients in to room,
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area , waiting room, exam rooms

-Restock supplies where needed in the clinic

Requirements

- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting is preferred but not required
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Clean criminal record check
