Team Lead Position

We're looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join the opening team at Edmonton's first Rosie’s Burgers location!

Team Member Responsibilities

- Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders accurately using our POS system
- Prepare burgers, fries, shakes, and other menu items according to company standards
- Maintain food quality and presentation
- Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude
- Support fellow team members to ensure smooth operations

Team Lead Responsibilities (Leadership Position) In addition to Team Member responsibilities, Team Leads are expected to:

- Lead and support the team throughout each shift
- Open and close the restaurant independently
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained
- Coach, train, and motivate team members




- Assist with inventory management and product ordering
- Monitor stock levels and complete inventory counts
- Assist with scheduling and shift coverage when required
- Support interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members when needed
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Ensure daily checklists and operational procedures are completed
- Help drive sales through excellent customer service and upselling

Qualifications
- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset for Team Lead applicants
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
