What You Will Do

• Reporting to the AVP, the Director - Affinity and Group Markets is responsible for leading the organization’s affinity insurance and group benefits business, including carrier relationships,
  
  
  
  product growth, and profitability.
• Lead affinity and group business growth strategies
• Manage relationships with carrier and strategic partners
• Support product development and distribution initiatives
• Oversee group benefits coordination and servicing
• Monitor profitability, retention, and growth metrics
• Develop new business and partnership opportunities

• 5–10 years of experience in affinity insurance, group benefits, partnerships, or financial services
• Strong commercial and relationship management skills
• Experience with budgets, growth initiatives, or P&L accountability
• Experience with group benefits, digital insurance, or carrier management is considered an asset
• Exposure to life and health insurance markets is considered an asset
