and other groups as needed.Develop a comprehensive understanding of our current mass media landscape to strategize performance improvement initiatives.Track and analyze performance data to measure effectiveness and find opportunities for improvement.Within the first 60 daysDesign and produce regular and ad‑hoc reports and dashboards.Monitor progress against milestones and recommend and implement adjustments as necessary to meet business objectives.Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decision‑making.Develop and maintain relationships with internal/external partners to include vendors and suppliers.By the end of your first 90 daysDrive mass acquisition excellence, including integrated marketing acquisition campaigns, creative and collateral, and digital optimization opportunities.Partner closely with customer growth, product, and other partners to innovate our offerings and best position BMO to win vs. competitors.Post‑mortem reporting & analysis.Manage end‑to‑end structuring of existing/new direct marketing campaigns from strategy, objectives, customer offer, marketing channels, sales & marketing, financial, technical & process requirements, and ensure integration with mass and local marketing initiatives.Provide customer and environmental insights to influence business decisions.Analyze customer strategy effectiveness and recommend adjustments and reprioritization as appropriate.Develop, manage and execute direct marketing strategy.Ensure all marketing programs are developed and executed in accordance with internal policies, procedures and standards, and external legal and regulatory requirements.Track, monitor and evaluate marketplace activities with respect to direct marketing and the business/group objectives, assessing impacts and making recommendations.Provide specialized consulting, analytical and technical support.Exercise judgment to identify, diagnose,

Salaries for part‑time roles will be pro‑rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position. The compensation package may include performance‑based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
