Role Overview
Supply Ontario is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to provide senior technical expertise, systems analysis, solution design, and project leadership for enterprise I⁢ initiatives. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365FO/C365CM, Data Management Framework (DMF), system integrations, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
This role will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into technical solutions, leading systems design and architecture activities, supporting enterprise application implementations, and providing production and post-implementation support. Strong knowledge of Supply Chain business processes, including Product Information Management, Master Planning, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash, is highly important.

- Architecture
- Provide senior technical expertise, project leadership, and coordination for the development, implementation, and maintenance of cost-effective I⁢ solutions.
- Analyze, design, and document complex systems solutions and architectures.
- Translate business requirements and documentation into detailed technical specifications, system designs, and configurations.
- Identify short- and long-term project objectives and define program and service delivery requirements.
- Evaluate solution recommendations to ensure alignment with project goals, objectives, standards, and business needs.
- Lead technical aspects of application development and acquisition initiatives throughout the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Microsoft Dynamics &
- Enterprise Applications
- Provide hands-on configuration and support for Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365FO/C365CM environments.
- Work with Data Management Framework (DMF) and system integrations within D365 environments.
- Support large-scale, business-critical enterprise applications.
- Contribute to D365 F&O; implementation and enhancement initiatives.
- Support integrated enterprise environments involving Supply Chain, eCommerce, and related platforms.
- Provide implementation and post-implementation technical support.
- Power Platform &
- System Integration
- Leverage Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dataverse, to support business and technical requirements.
- Analyze and support system integrations, middleware, gateways, and related enterprise technologies.
- Lead testing, integration, and implementation activities for systems solutions.
- Evaluate technical components associated with software, hardware, technology, systems, and product acquisition.
- Project &
- Technical Leadership
- Plan, schedule, estimate resources, coordinate activities, monitor progress, and provide project status updates to management.
- Lead feasibility studies and cost-effectiveness analyses for proposed I⁢ initiatives.
- Facilitate technical discussions, solution workshops, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
- Provide technical advice to clients and leverage OPS I⁢ solutions to support program and service delivery objectives.
- Coordinate development and support teams working with relational and multidimensional databases.
- Provide coaching and technical direction to junior analysts throughout the SDLC.
- Testing, Production Support &
- Continuous Improvement
- Lead the development and execution of testing, integration, and implementation strategies.
- Support production environments, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve incidents independently.
- Recommend improvements to tools, techniques, standards, and performance criteria to enhance application quality.
- Identify opportunities for system optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain technical and project documentation in accordance with established methodologies.

- Knowledge of Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodologies.
- Knowledge and experience with middleware and gateways.
- Understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies, and practices.
- Experience developing and maintaining documentation according to established methodology.
- Good working knowledge of Dimensions and Facts.
- Knowledge of multidimensional structures/cubes.
- Ability to gather, review, and provide feedback on business requirements.
