Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Identity Access Management Consultant with extensive experience in sustaining, supporting, troubleshooting, and enhancing large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) environments.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience supporting commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) IAM systems, including significant hands-on experience with the Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus, preferably OIAM 12C. The role involves supporting development, UAT, and production environments, incident and problem management, change and release management, client integrations, security technologies, and 24x7 production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Sustainment of PKI OIM &
- OPS/BPS Secure Environments
- Support development, UAT, and production environments for PKI OIM and OPS/BPS Secure.
- Monitor the health, performance, and status of service components and technology stacks.
- Start and stop service components as required.
- Perform backup and recovery of service components, associated data, and configurations.
- Tune and optimize service components.
- Maintain systems through patching, certificate renewals, license updates, and related activities.
- Triage, analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents and application problems.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to PKI OIM and OPS/BPS Secure.
- Assess the impact of proposed changes, including changes initiated by clients and service providers.
- Document maintenance, operational, and support requirements and procedures.
- Provide 24x7 on-call support for production environments.
- Incident, Change &
- Problem Management
- Participate in incident management activities as an incident analyst or Tier 2/Tier 3 subject matter expert.
- Participate in change management activities as a change assessor, change analyst, or application SME.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex IAM application issues.
- Apply structured decision-making and problem-resolution processes.
- Support Change Management and Release Management processes for large-scale applications.
- Client Integration &
- IAM Solutions





Support OPS and BPS clients with application integrations using PKI OIM and OPS/BPS Secure by:
- Analyzing client technical requirements.
- Designing appropriate integration approaches and solutions.
- Defining and documenting integration patterns.
- Developing processes and implementation plans based on established patterns.
- Constructing, testing, and deploying integration solutions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues.
- Developing utilities, scripts, applets, and reports to automate and simplify integrations.
- Documenting technical approaches, solutions, and implementation procedures.
- Improve Support Tools &
- Operational Processes
- Develop requirements for support and monitoring tools.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools.
- Install and configure support tools.
- Develop, test, and deploy scripts, queries, views, reports, procedures, and other programmatic solutions.
- Improve operational and support processes.
- Document maintenance and support procedures and requirements.

Sustainment of Large Identity Systems – 40%
- 4+ years supporting implementations with 10,000+ registered users.
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) for COTS implementations.
- 2+ years of experience with Nagios and other system monitoring tools such as Big Brother.
- Robust knowledge of IT security technologies, particularly:
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Privilege Management Infrastructure (PMI)
- Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
- Encryption and authentication technologies

Sustainment of Large Application Implementations – 30%
- 10+ years of experience designing, developing, deploying, and sustaining large-scale application implementations.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle IAM Suite, OHS, Tomcat, IIS, IBM HTTP Server, Apache, IBM WebSphere, Oracle Database 19c, Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition, Solaris, Windows, AIX, and Linux.
- Experience with ITIL processes, including:
- Service Level Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Release Management
- Capacity Management

Incident &
- Problem Management – 20%

- Strong experience in incident and problem management.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Experience applying structured decision-making and resolution processes.
- Ability to work effectively as a Tier 2/Tier 3 technical SME.

Quality Assurance – 10%
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Team Foundation Server (TFS).
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) for COTS implementations, Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM), predecessors, or equivalent methodologies.
