We are looking to connect with experienced IT Project Managers for supporting SaaS implementations, cloud transformation, enterprise application migrations, and technology modernization initiatives.

These roles involve leading complex technology projects and collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners throughout the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Support SaaS implementations, cloud migrations, and enterprise application modernization initiatives.
- Coordinate data migration, system integration, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
- Manage relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Establish project governance, reporting, and decision-making processes.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and steering committees.
- Support change management, business readiness, training, and user adoption.




- Coordinate operational transition and post-implementation activities.
- Ensure projects align with organizational security, privacy, compliance, and governance requirements.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing technology or enterprise IT projects.
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- SaaS implementations or migrations
- Cloud transformation
- Enterprise application modernization
- ERP or large-scale systems implementations
- Data migration and systems integration
- Robust stakeholder and vendor management experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and/or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Strong communication, leadership, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Nice to Have
- PMP certification
- Agile or Scrum certification
- Prosci or Change Management certification
- Experience within public sector, utilities, municipal, or large enterprise environments
