What You'll Do:

- Develop and close new commercial accounts (Strata, property management, restoration, restaurants, and other B2B partners).
- Build a consistent pipeline through outreach, site visits, networking, and follow-ups.
- Offer thoughtful and professional solutions to meet client needs.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing commercial customers.
- Set, track, and achieve personal and professional sales targets.




- Approach challenges with a solution-focused mindset.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of effective sales strategies and time management
- Proven B2B sales ability: prospecting, relationship-building, and closing
- Plumbing industry knowledge is an asset
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous experience working with restoration companies, strata management, or property management firms
- MBA or BA Degree preferred.

Pay: $66,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
