Our client, a leading North American contract manufacturer in the beauty and personal care industry, is seeking a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join their growing commercial team. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of New Business Development, this newly created position offers a unique opportunity to combine marketing, innovation, and sales support within a quick-paced, collaborative environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about beauty and consumer trends, enjoys bringing creative ideas to life, and wants exposure to product innovation, business development, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives, developing customer-facing presentations, coordinating trade shows, identifying emerging industry trends, and assisting the sales team throughout the product development process.

Key Responsibilities

- Research emerging beauty, personal care, and consumer trends to support business development and innovation initiatives.
- Develop customer presentations, sales collateral, and marketing materials that showcase new product concepts and capabilities.
- Support the planning and execution of industry trade shows, innovation events, and customer presentations.
- Assist with social media initiatives across LinkedIn and Instagram while supporting email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D;, and Project Management to develop innovation concepts aligned with market trends.
- Coordinate customer sample requests, documentation, and communication between internal teams.
- Support New Business Development with reporting, presentations, and day-to-day commercial initiatives.
- Maintain marketing assets and assist with ongoing improvements to marketing processes and tools.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, R&D;, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Regulatory, and Project Management to ensure projects move efficiently from concept to customer.




- Help identify opportunities to strengthen marketing efforts and contribute new ideas that support long-term business growth.

What They're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand, Sales Coordination, or a related commercial support role.
- Passion for the beauty, skincare, haircare, cosmetics, or consumer packaged goods industry.
- Strong understanding of consumer trends, product innovation, and emerging beauty categories.
- Excellent PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable balancing both creative marketing responsibilities and operational sales support.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
