Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Jiangsu, Changzhou, This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and nurturing relationships with distributors, corporate clients, and other partners. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating product demonstrations and trainings, and supporting customers throughout the sales process. The specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital and offline promotional activities,



and contribute to brand awareness initiatives aligned with Zweal’s smart office solutions.

Collaboration with internal teams on pricing, product positioning, and customer feedback is key to ensuring strong market growth and long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation abilities and professional business writing.

Customer Service skills with a focus on building positive client relationships and handling inquiries effectively.

Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in B2B or furniture/office equipment markets.

Sales Management skills for organizing pipelines, forecasting, and reporting on performance.

Training skills to deliver product demonstrations and educate clients on features and benefits.

Experience in marketing execution, such as campaign coordination, social media, and basic digital marketing analytics.

Ability to work on-site in Toronto, ON, and collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office or similar productivity software;

experience with design or marketing tools is an asset.

Prior experience in office furniture, office equipment, or related B2B sectors is preferred but not required.
