JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Operations Manager, a retail Sales Associate & Bra Fitting Specialist is responsible for sales activities and sales associate job duties.

TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

Customer Service

- Be enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Work with customers to determine their needs while recommending the right product to meet the their defined or undefined needs
- Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers
- Deal with customer exchanges and returns courteously and professionally

Knowledge & Sales
- Develop product knowledge by researching designers and lines that are offered
- Drive sales through engagement of customers, sharing product knowledge and suggestive selling
- Communicate product knowledge and benefits to customers




- Understand and effectively use the Point Of Sale system, including processing payments, exchanges and returns
- Stay current and knowledgeable on promotional events, featured items and product sales
- Understanding of customer and market dynamics to tailor communications to specific audiences
- Good technical understanding and can learn recent hardware and software quickly
- Document sales by creating and/or updating customer profile information in the Point Of Sale

Inventory & Merchandising
- Assists with inventory activities, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Assist in organizing the selling floor and stock areas
- Assist in display of merchandise including window displays and in-store displays

QUALIFIACTIONS
- Two years retail experience; Lingerie/ bra fitting experience preferred but not required

SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Ability to use point of sale applications and vendor B2B sites on an iPad and/or computer
- Ability to deal with others effectively
- Great communication and interpersonal skills including telephone etiquette
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally, non-verbally and written
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
- Ability to operate related equipment and technologies

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
