We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused, confident Sales Associate to join our growing business and awesome Emerald Custom Creations team! We are a second-generation family business that is progressive and fast paced. We specialize in unique giftware, artwork, jewellery, and personalized products created through custom engraving, laser engraving, embroidery, digital design, and printing.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting gifts, artwork, jewellery, and customized products.
- Explain customization options, including engraving, laser engraving, embroidery, and printing services.
- Prepare quotes and process sales transactions accurately.
- Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely communication.
- Maintain an attractive, organized, and fully stocked showroom.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure customer specifications are met.
- Build relationships with new and returning customers.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory, and seasonal displays.




- Support marketing efforts through social media and community engagement when required.

Qualifications

- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
- We are a fast-paced environment and multi-faceted environment and you must be have a high confidence level and ability to think quickly and adapt
- Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Attention to detail, especially when processing customized orders.
- Creative interest in gifts, art, jewellery, or personalized products is an asset.
