Job Summary

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items or products with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Prepare and assemble food orders efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation meet company standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately handling cash, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, counters, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers promptly without compromising service quality
- Upsell menu items or products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities




- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems or similar cash register technology is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours while maintaining excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Experience with food preparation tasks including assembling orders, portion control, and basic kitchen duties is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a focus on serving customers courteously and professionally
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
