Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs
- Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits
- Assist customers with merchandise selection, upselling relevant products to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured items
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly and courteously
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction

Qualifications





- Multilingual skills or bilingual ability are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Robust communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operation, and transaction accuracy
- Demonstrated organizational skills to keep displays tidy and stock levels optimal
- Experience with merchandising, cashiering, or POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Excellent customer service mindset with positive phone etiquette and active listening abilities
