Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Halton Hills, ON. In this position, the Sales Associate provides a premium, personalized customer experience by greeting clients, understanding their needs, and recommending products that align with Mackage’s brand and standards. Daily responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining visual merchandising and store cleanliness, processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and supporting inventory management such as stock replenishment and product organization.

The role also involves learning product features and materials, staying informed about current collections,



and collaborating with team members and management to achieve store performance targets and deliver consistent service.

Qualifications

Customer service and sales skills, including the ability to build rapport, identify client needs, and close sales in a luxury or fashion retail environment.

Communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to interact professionally with diverse customers and work effectively within a team.

Basic point-of-sale and cash-handling skills, including comfort with retail systems, transaction processing, and accuracy in handling payments.

Visual merchandising and product presentation skills, with attention to detail in maintaining store standards and brand image.

Ability to stand for extended periods, move and lift merchandise as needed, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward meeting targets and supporting overall store operations.

Interest in fashion and outerwear, with willingness to learn product knowledge and convey brand values to customers.

Previous retail experience is an asset; additional language skills are considered an advantage in serving a diverse clientele.
