We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of building materials and hardware, a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers effectively. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience. You will be responsible for promoting our products and assisting customers with their needs and estimating/calculating amount of product required.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and product offerings.
- Responsible for the ordering and receiving of various hardline product categories

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls effectively.
- Retail sales experience is beneficial for understanding the sales environment.
