Overview

We are seeking experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their needs, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. Vape product knowledge is an asset.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring cleanliness.
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within store hours.

Skills





- Proficiency in English with strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Experience in vape retail sales.
- Familiarity with cashiering duties and cash handling procedures.
- A customer-centric attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience using POS systems for transaction processing is advantageous.
