About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, positive, and motivated Sales & Business Development Associate to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, building customer relationships, and developing a long-term career in sales and business management.

You will be joining an established business with an existing customer base, giving you a strong foundation to build your sales and commission income while continuing to develop new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with customers and identify new sales opportunities.
- Develop new customers and expand our market presence.
- Understand customer needs and provide professional sales support.
- Assist the General Manager with selected day-to-day business operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Learn and participate in different areas of company operations and workflow management.
- Build long-term customer relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the company.

What We’re Looking For
- Positive, energetic, approachable, and self-motivated.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating and building relationships with customers.
- Able to communicate in both Chinese and English.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.




- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is an asset, but we also welcome candidates with strong potential and a willingness to learn.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.

Compensation
- Sales commission in addition to base pay.
- Existing customer accounts provide an established foundation for generating commission income.
- Additional earning potential through new customer development.
