We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team at our Stittsville showroom.

The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom. Your goal is to educate customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right sauna, spa, or wellness solution.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience selling premium products such as hot tubs, pools, outdoor living products, or home improvement solutions.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers into the showroom and provide an outstanding buying experience.
- Sell premium saunas, hot tubs, cold plunges, and related accessories.
- Conduct showroom tours and product demonstrations.
- Follow up on leads generated through our website, phone calls, email, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare customer quotes and assist with closing sales.
- Build long-term relationships with customers before and after purchase.
- Maintain product knowledge across our sauna and spa lineup.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
- Assist with local events, home shows, and promotional weekends when required.
- Accurately manage customer information within our CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience from purchase through delivery.

Qualifications

Preferred

- Previous experience selling hot tubs,



pools, outdoor living products, fireplaces, patio furniture, or other high-ticket retail products.
- Proven sales success with commission-based compensation.
- Experience working with CRM software.

Required

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Comfortable learning technical product information.
- Valid G driver's licence.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a small team.

Schedule

- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Eight-hour shifts
- Five days per week
- One weekend day (Saturday) is required
- Sunday showroom closed (if applicable)

This is a unique opportunity to become the primary Sales Consultant at a growing local business. You'll take ownership of the entire sales process—from welcoming customers in our showroom to closing sales and building lasting relationships. As our sauna and spa divisions continue to expand, there is significant earning potential for someone who is motivated, customer-focused, and committed to delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
