Sales Consultant – Parkway Ford

Parkway Ford is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, building relationships, and helping drivers find the right vehicle for their needs.

As a Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through the vehicle shopping and purchase process while delivering a professional, helpful, and customer-focused experience. The ideal candidate is confident, eager to learn, and ready to generate results in a busy Ford dealership environment.

Responsibilities

- Develop an in-depth understanding of our new and pre-owned Ford inventory

- Help customers compare vehicles, features, trims, and available options

- Listen to customer needs and recommend vehicles that align with their lifestyle, budget, and preferences

- Deliver a high-quality customer experience from initial greeting through vehicle delivery

- Follow up with leads, appointments, and previous customers

- Assist with showroom, sales lot, and promotional vehicle displays

- Work with the Finance Manager to support a smooth purchase process





- Collaborate with Sales Management to present attractive options on new and used vehicles

- Work with the marketing team to help grow our customer base

Requirements

- Previous sales or customer service experience

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Positive, professional, and motivated attitude

- Ability to learn vehicle features, inventory, and product information quickly

- Comfortable working with customers in a fast-paced dealership environment

- Automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required for the right candidate

- Valid driver’s licence
