We are a 3rd-party transportation and logistics company looking to grow our sales team. Offering an inside sales and customer service position. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Follow up with idle customer accounts

- Call and email leads from an existing client database

- Nurture leads and maintain a sales account

- Creating and managing lead reports

- Achieve and consistently exceed sales goals

- Assess and resolve customer concerns. Offer solutions to help grow active accounts

Requirements

- Bilingualism: French & English

- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Practical skills

- Experience in transport-related industry

- Knowledge of North American geography
