Key Responsibilities:
• Participate daily in the childcare program with an inclusion-focused approach • Plan alongside families to support children's diverse needs • Coordinate and lead care planning meetings with the educator team • Co-create and implement daily programming aligned with AHS principles • Support Indigenous wellness and education approaches
Requirements: • Basic ECE certification; ECE-SN preferred • Valid First Aid certification • 2 years of experience in early childhood education • Passion for equity in child care • Strong communication and collaboration skills
