Prairie Co-op is hiring a Permanent Full Time Ag Retail Manager at our Agro Centre in Melville, SK.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Ag retail business, driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships in Melville & Ituna.
- Provide day-to-day direction of the Ag Team, ensuring financial, safety, customer sales & service (on farm/in store) and operational objectives are met.
- Implement programs and policies, providing operational direction and oversight.
- Execute sales strategies, building customer relationships and delivering solutions.
- Sell, market and promote Crop Inputs, Grain storage, and Handling solutions within the Melville and Ituna trading area.
- Oversee completion and follow-through of all safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Prepare, administer, and achieve budgeted goals related to pricing, sales, margins, expenses,



and inventory.
- Lead the team, including recruitment, goal setting, performance management, training and employee engagement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Post‑secondary education in Agriculture or equivalent experience.
- Preference for a P.Ag or CCA qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Honest, trustworthy, and collaborative, with strong relationship‑building skills.
